{"product_id":"fluxo-4-aerosol-500ml-white-contrast-paint","title":"FLUXO 4 – Aerosol 500ml White Contrast Paint","description":"\u003cstrong\u003eFLUXO 4\u003c\/strong\u003e is a quick drying white paint, which is designed specifically for use in the color contrast method of magnetic particle inspection. \u003cstrong\u003eFLUXO 4\u003c\/strong\u003e provides a dense white background against which black or red indications of defects can be seen readily. \u003cstrong\u003eFLUXO 4\u003c\/strong\u003e is ideal for use with either oil based FLUXO 3 or water based magnetic inks \u003cstrong\u003eFLUXO 215\u003c\/strong\u003e.\n\\n\n\\nThis Magnetic particle examination is used for the detection of emerging defects in all ferromagnetic materials.\n\\n\n\\nApplicability: Aeronautics, Automobile, Railway, etc…\n\\n\n\\nComponents are magnetized and \u003cstrong\u003eFLUXO 3\u003c\/strong\u003e is applied to the test area, normally by spraying immediately prior to and during magnetization. Application of \u003cstrong\u003eFLUXO 3\u003c\/strong\u003e should cease before the magnetization is switched off. Defects will show up as well defined black indications and inspection should take place in good white light of at least 500 lux. It is not practical to use \u003cstrong\u003eFLUXO 3\u003c\/strong\u003e on dark colored substrates as it would be difficult for the inspector to identify indications against the dark background. For this reason, \u003cstrong\u003eFLUXO 4\u003c\/strong\u003e is frequently used to provide a contrasting white background against the black indications thereby enabling the inspector see and interpret indications more easily.
