At Hazari Impex, we aim to make your shopping experience fast, simple, and reliable.
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — from major cities to remote areas — ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time.

🕒 Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

🚛 Delivery Time & Carriers

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi).
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 working days.
All deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, Shaheen Cargo.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during sale events, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

💸 Shipping Charges

Additional Rs. 150 Per Kilogram on all orders above 1KG.
For orders below 1KG, a flat fee of Rs. 350 and 400 applies on different categoreis where as larger dimension products have varying charges Rs. 1000,1500 & 2000
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

💳 Payment Methods

We currently offer:

Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
Online Payments via debit/credit card or bank transfer.

All payments are secure and verified.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

A tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website.
If you face any delay or tracking issues, our support team is always here to help.

🧾 Delivery Policy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
If the courier is unable to reach you after two attempts, the order may be returned to us.
In case of a damaged or missing parcel, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

🛠️ Custom Orders & Heavy Items

For bulk or heavy items (industrial, camping sets, etc.), delivery time may vary (5–10 working days). Our team will coordinate shipping details directly with you.
